Please note:

GST applicable from time to time will be levied on the aforementioned charges.
Convenience fee will be applicable for online recharge.
Threshold amount is the minimum recharge amount to be done at the time of tag activation.
The above-mentioned tag deposit rates would be applicable as per your vehicle class and will be refunded to only KYC customers at the time of FASTag account closure.
Toll amount will be deducted as per the applicable amount, depending on the vehicle class and the toll plaza. Charges mentioned above are subject to change.

Recharging Options for Kotak FASTag

To ensure a seamless experience with your Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag, the bank provides various options for recharging your FASTag wallet. Let’s explore these options:

UPI Recharge

Recharge your FASTag wallet via UPI apps like BHIM, Google Pay, PhonePe, etc. Follow these steps:

Click on “Pay to UPI ID (send money)” in your UPI app.
Enter your pre-defined UPI ID for the Kotak FASTag Wallet beneficiary address: NETC.RegisteredVehicleNumber@kotak (E.g., NETC.MH14EU6789@Kotak, if your registered vehicle number is MH14EU6789.)
Enter the amount you want to recharge and click on “Continue.”
Verify the details and click on “Confirm & Pay.”
On successful transaction, the amount will immediately reflect in your wallet.

Note: You can use any vehicle number linked to your FASTag wallet, and the money would be credited to your FASTag wallet.

Auto-Recharge

You can set up Auto-Recharge on your Kotak FASTag wallet. Money will be debited from your linked Kotak Bank Account automatically. Kotak MobileBanking App

You can recharge your Kotak FASTag wallet conveniently through the Kotak MobileBanking App. Follow these steps:

Log in to the Kotak Mobile Banking App.
Click on the FASTag icon in the Cards or Pay & Transfer section.
You can view your current FASTag balance, linked vehicles with status, and 10 recent transactions.
Click on “Recharge Now” and enter the amount or select from the pre-sets.
Select the account to debit and click on the “Recharge” button.
On successful transaction, your wallet balance will get updated immediately.

BillPay (BBPS)

Recharge your FASTag wallet by visiting the BillPay/Recharge section in the Kotak Mobile Banking App or Kotak Net Banking, or on other websites or apps with BillPay features like Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc. Follow these steps:

Select “Kotak Mahindra Bank – FASTag” as the biller name.
Enter the Vehicle Registration Number (VRN) and the amount you want to recharge.
Click on “Continue,” verify the details, and click on “Confirm & Pay.”
On successful transaction, the amount will immediately reflect in your wallet.

Recharge from Other Bank’s Net Banking

If you have a commercial vehicle, you can recharge your FASTag wallet using other bank’s net banking facilities (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). Follow these steps:

Log in to your net banking account.
Add a new beneficiary for payment.
Enter your account number as ‘KMBETCXXXXXXXXXXXXXX…’ (XX… represents the last 14 digits of your Master account number).
The Master account number is displayed on the dashboard of the Kotak FASTag portal.
Enter the IFSC Code: KKBK0000958
Select the current or savings account.
After successful registration of the beneficiary, you can recharge your Master Account using net banking.

Kotak NETC FASTag Portal

You can also recharge your FASTag wallet by logging into the FASTag Customer Portal. Follow these steps:

Visit the FASTag Customer Portal (https://fastag.kotak.com/) and log in with your registered mobile number as your user ID.
Click on ‘Recharge’ on the left side of the screen.
Enter the amount you want to recharge and select the desired payment method – Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking or UPI (Receive Money).
Click on “Proceed to Pay.” Once the transaction is complete, you will be redirected to the dashboard where you will see the new available balance.
On successful transaction, the amount will immediately reflect in your wallet.

Note: When you recharge your Kotak NETC FASTag wallet, the updated balance can be utilized by any FASTags linked with the wallet. For example, if you own two cars with FASTag, both of them will be able to utilize the available wallet balance.

How to Apply for Kotak FASTag?

To apply for Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag, both existing and new customers can follow the steps outlined below:

Existing Customers

Visit the Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag website (www.kotak.com/fastag).
Click on “Apply now” and select “Personal Vehicle” to start the registration process.
Enter your Customer Relationship Number (CRN).
Generate and input the OTP (One Time Password) received on your registered mobile number.
Enter your vehicle number (you can apply for a maximum of 5 vehicles by clicking on “Add More Vehicles”).
Verify your details and make the payment via UPI/DC/CC/Net Banking to complete the registration.

New Customers

Visit the Kotak Mahindra Bank FASTag website (www.kotak.com/fastag).
Click on “Apply now” and select “Personal Vehicle” to begin the registration process.
Enter your mobile number and the OTP (One Time Password) received on your mobile number.
Enter your KYC details: Name, Date of Birth, and PAN. Validate your PAN.
Enter your address details. Select an Address/ID Proof (Voter ID/Driving License/Passport) and enter the corresponding number.
Enter your vehicle number (you can apply for a maximum of 5 vehicles by clicking on “Add More Vehicles”).
Verify your details and make the payment via UPI/DC/CC/Net Banking to complete the registration.
